Our Commitment to Responding

We aim to respond to all communications respectfully and promptly. In most cases, you can expect a reply within 2-3 working days. Sometimes, our initial response may acknowledge your message while we take the necessary time to provide a full reply. This may be the case if:

• A staff member works part-time.
• Additional time is needed to investigate an issue.
• The school is managing staff absences.

In these situations, we will always aim to keep you informed about the expected response time.

Complaints & Formal Processes

Some concerns, such as those related to admissions, statutory assessments of special educational needs, exclusions, or child protection investigations, follow a separate process.
